Clarify business needs
Organize goals, priorities and open decisions so business and engineering teams can agree on the next step.
HAO · SEATTLE · BRIDGEPOD
I’m building BridgePod to help early-stage US software teams find a technical lead in China, build a team step by step, and coordinate hiring, communication and delivery. This direction draws on my hands-on experience in an early US–China SaaS team.
If a friend introduced us, this is a place to get to know my work. Whether you are exploring an idea, building a team or looking for people to work with, I’d be glad to connect.

My background
I was one of the first three team members at a US–China SaaS company where customers have begun onboarding and using the product. My work connects US business priorities with product and engineering in China, spanning recruiting coordination, software testing, delivery follow-up and operational improvement.
BRIDGEPOD is my independent, early-stage initiative. My focus is recruiting and cross-team operations coordination. US-side leaders own product direction, technical assessment and final hiring decisions; a China-based technical lead guides engineering execution. Scope and responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.
More about meA real experience
During early product development, the team needed to reassess its development approach. I aligned with management and led two engineers through an AI-assisted MVP rebuild over three weeks. The resulting MVP received management recognition.
My contribution centered on aligning direction, organizing collaboration and following delivery; the engineers handled implementation. The experience reinforced the importance of communication around business goals, technical judgment and team responsibilities.
How I contribute
Organize goals, priorities and open decisions so business and engineering teams can agree on the next step.
Work with HR on screening, participate in initial interviews, coordinate technical interviews and feedback, and follow onboarding. Designated leaders own technical assessment and final hiring decisions.
Track progress, testing and blockers; clarify owners and fallback plans; bring decisions that need management support into view.
Reasons to connect
A conversation can start with a shared interest, an open question or curiosity about working together. You do not need an immediate buying decision.
You do not need a company, a budget or a complete plan to connect. We can exchange ideas about products, AI-assisted development and getting a team started.
At any stage—from an initial concept to validation and growth—I welcome conversations about hiring, business–engineering communication and US–China collaboration.
If this direction interests you as a potential teammate or collaborator, tell me about your background and interests. Specific opportunities depend on project needs.
